Owner Tibu Pinedo is no stranger to managing some of the best restaurants in the Merseyside area. He managed The Warehouse Restaurant in Southport and more recently The Vincent in Liverpool city centre, which were co-owned by Liverpool FC captain Steven Gerrard.
He has now decided to use this experience and expertise in fine dining to open TIBU Restaurant and Cocktail Bar, located in the heart of Formby.
